Rachel Matos

Rachel Matos, Founder + CEO of RMG, specializes in cross-cultural campaigns with over a decade of experience. She has led campaigns for Fortune 500 companies like McDonald’s, Verizon, and Kia, and has consulted at major agencies like CAA. With 17 years in the museum field as a program curator and lecturer at institutions such as The Guggenheim, The Met, and LACMA, Rachel seamlessly blends her background in program development with her impact in the digital space. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts and Columbia University, she pioneered social media influencing as Director of Social Media and Influencer Relations for #WeAllGrow Latina Network, bridging brands and entrepreneurs of color.

Lidia Sagastume oversees operations and drives continued success at RMG. With 13 years of experience, she excels in social media, project management, and influencer marketing, drawing from her background in content writing and community building. A UC, Riverside alumni, Lidia’s expertise in analytics reporting ensures clients receive actionable insights for optimizing strategies. Renowned for organizational skills, she keeps client projects meticulously organized, ensuring efficiency and clarity. Lidia’s multifaceted contributions underscore her commitment to client success and agency management excellence.

Cynthia Zavala

Cynthia Zavala, an award-winning communications executive, leads brand strategy and integrated marketing across diverse categories with over 15 years of experience in PR, marketing, and advertising, emphasizing multicultural/DEI initiatives. A UC, Santa Barbara Alumni, Cynthia has collaborated with top brands like Netflix, HBO, Mattel, and Visit Los Cabos, driving successful strategies to achieve business goals. Beyond her professional endeavors, she co-founded a bicycle coalition in Montebello, advocating for bicycle safety and infrastructure development, contributing to the passage of legislation for bike lanes in LA city and county.
